We do have some floor mats that are made to fit a Ford E450, but just as a forewarning; since Thor designed the motor home, they could have made changes to the center console or other parts on the inside which could alter how a floor mate might fit. The Flex-a-lite 16" Flex-Wave Electric Fan part # FLX236 measures 16" wide x 16-1/2" tall x 3-3/4" deep so as long as you have this much space between the radiator and engine then this fan will work great. Please note, the fan is reversible so it can be used as either a push or pull fan. It sounds like you are experiencing a lot of sway in the 2017 Coachman Leprechaun which is somewhat of a common issue with the factory sway bars on the Ford chassis. I recommend to replace the factory sway bars with Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-176 and Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-147.

A 3 inch backspacing on a 6 inch wide wheel is the same as a zero offset, where the wheel mounting pad would sit right at the centerline of the wheel's width.
